About The Increased Path

Hey — I'm Scott. I'm a husband, a father, and a Christian who spent years feeling the disconnect between what I believed God promised and what my bank account reflected. I tithed faithfully, prayed over my finances, and tried to do everything "right." But the breakthrough I was looking for didn't come from trying harder — it came from learning principles I'd never been taught.

I built The Increased Path as a simple resource to share what I've found: a faith-based community called Increase Academy, created by Travis Peters, that teaches biblical wealth principles in a way that's grounded in Scripture and immediately practical. No prosperity gospel hype. No budgeting shame. Just the Word, applied to real life — with live coaching and a community of believers to walk alongside you.

I'm not a financial advisor, and I'm not a pastor. I'm a working husband and father who found something that's genuinely shifting how my family approaches money, stewardship, and purpose. My wife Cathy and I are both growing through this, and I wanted to share it with others who might be in the same place I was.

Why this site exists: When I found Increase Academy, I wished someone had told me about it sooner. This site is my way of doing that — putting it in front of Christians who are searching for real, faith-based financial guidance. I'm not pretending to have it all figured out. I'm on the journey, and this community is where I'm doing the work.
